We designed this PCB in order to make the transition between prototyping and production a little less painful. The board caters for all the necessary electronics in order to run a stand alone ATmega328p chip found on the Arduino UNO and Duemilanove.
-The main advantages of using this board is that you can easily insert the ATmega328 chip in your Arduino, program it, and then re-insert the chip in your product.
-It is much smaller than the Arduino UNO measuring only 34.82mm x 50.57mm (1.37inch x 1.99inch).
-Provides 2 open pins for every ATmega pin, allowing you to use the pins for anything you want.

1 x 2N2222 NPN TO-92 transistor
1 x LM317 voltage regulator - 1.2V to 37V 1.5A
1 x AMS1117 3.3V 1A Voltage Regulator SOT-223
1 x 16.000MHZ HC49 - Through Hole Mounting
Capacitors
C1 ,C2 = 0.1UF - 50V - 10% radial
Resistors (5v setup)
R1 = 330 ohm
R2 = 1 kOhm
R3 (for transistor) = 1 kOhm
