I spossibel inform the way to do this work.
I think is possivel do subdivide surface or closed 2D curve with it.

I modeled the roof surface in Rhino using a loft between sections. Then I extracted the Iso-lines from that nurb surface for the purlins. The truss was modeled with rhinoScript and Grasshopper.

Does this help? I think I still have the drawings I used to model the building, if you would like them?
