This app takes a .CSV file of feeds and searches for a particular phrase or word. It then prints out a strip for each feed in the file. Places in the feeds where the word is found are shaded in pink. This gives the researcher a very quick idea of the occurrences of a term, and how often the term pops up.

Instructions+ Input values:

In the folder is a file named 'Tweets.csv' which contains a list of feeds from twitter containing the word 'funny'. You can replace this file with your own.

FILE_2_FILTER: this is the file you want to search through.

WORD_PHRASE_TO_SEARCH: type the word you would like to search for.

CSV_PARTS: Every .csv file has a number of parts per entry. In this example there are 9 parts. For example, you would type 7 in order to search through messages or 5 to search through the locations.

MINIMUM_WORDS: Here you can specify how many words need to be in a message in order for it to be considered as data during the evaluation.

OUTPUT: Every time you click 'Submit' a .csv file is saved with the feeds that contained the variables you were searching for. The App will also save a full image of the entire feed if the DNA sketch does not fit on your screen. These will be saved as '.PNG' files.
